Important Notice for Parents of Program Participants – 16th April

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you about the upcoming program on 16th April. Kindly take note of the following important points to ensure smooth coordination:

1. Dress Code:

Students must be in school house uniform (T-shirt and trousers).

White socks are compulsory.

2. Personal Hygiene:

Kindly wash your child’s hair before the event.

Apply light hair oil only or avoid it completely.

3. Food & Water:

Send your ward with a lunch box and water bottle.

A lunch packet will also be provided by the school.

4. Attendance & Timing:

Parents are requested to stay until the end of the program.

Students will not be allowed to leave in between.

5. Transport Arrangements:

School transport will be provided for program participants at 12:30 p.m. on wards.

A second round of transport will be arranged to pick up parents from all regular routes at 03 p.m. on wards.

6. Identification:

Kindly label all belongings (shoes, uniform, socks, etc.) with your child’s name, class, and section.

7. Other Essentials:

Make sure your child carries their school diary.

School ID card (if available)
